We are unable to make adjustments if a discount code is not applied to your order and also if you didn't fully understand the product that you purchased was a digital product.

Please understand that ALL of our products on this site are digital products except "My Heart's Cry" Memoir which is available in softback. The Memoir is the only item available for shipment at this time.

We have made sure to label this information heavily throughout the site so that no one will be able to miss it.
